    The deluxe queen room overlooks mountain and includes coffee & tea makers, refrigerators, and kitchenware. It is absolutely gorgeous and a bidet is provided. The location is perfect and amazing, in located in a private area.

    excellent restaurant

    The hotel is beautiful, like something out of a dream with art and lighting that really sets the ambiance. We stayed in a spacious Bayview room with a balcony. Top it off with a visit to the excellent Tapasake restaurant, where the food was divine.

    It wasn't inexpensive, but still fair for what you get.

    The hotel's architecture blew me away. The first glance at the building was like stepping into a luxurious oasis. My room offered amazing views, and the large balcony was perfect for soaking up the sun. Breakfast featured freshly baked pastries and rich coffee that set a good tone for the day. The service left a lot to be desired. I experienced long waits at the bar and during check-in. Multiple requests for room amenities took way too long to fulfill. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uncoordinated. There were even moments when they didn't know who I was despite clearly indicating I was a guest. This, especially considering the high cost of stay. A more efficient service approach would really elevate the experience here.

    One & Only boasts fine architecture and a prime location in Portonovi. The rooms are beautifully designed with large bathrooms and spacious balconies. Breakfast was particularly excellent, with freshly baked pastries and a selection of rich coffees, while the service was attentive and cute throughout my stay.
